We Design Your Journey
Based on your conversation with us, our team designs a journey from scratch. Not a template with your name added to it but rather a genuine, handcrafted proposal built around your vision. We select the right destinations, the right properties, the right pacing, and the right experiences. We then present this to you as a detailed proposal, and we refine it together until it is exactly right.

We don’t impose strict minimums, but bespoke travel is most rewarding, and most cost-effective relative to its quality, on journeys of five nights or more. We are happy to discuss your budget openly and design the best possible journey within it.
Every Gaband journey begins with a conversation. We recommend reaching out at least four to six weeks before your intended travel dates, particularly for multi-country itineraries or peak travel periods. This allows us the time to thoughtfully design a journey around your pace, preferences, and travel style.
That said, we also understand that inspiration sometimes comes spontaneously, and we are always happy to explore shorter-notice travel whenever possible.
Yes. Gaband is a fully bilingual operation. You are welcome to communicate with us, receive your travel proposal, and have your journey documented entirely in French. This is especially valuable for our clients travelling to a country like South Africa, where a French-language operator makes a genuine difference on the ground.
Yes. Gaband is absolutely able to arrange a French speaker to assist with meet & greets or if you would prefer a private tour guide for part or the full duration of your journey in South Africa.
You will have a direct contact at Gaband available throughout your journey. We work with trusted, vetted partners in every destination and maintain real relationships with the properties and guides we recommend. In the rare event that something requires attention, we handle it so that you don’t have to.
